Ahhhhh – it feels so fresh to be writing at my new “home” online! Thanks for joining me and checking out this new blog! I’m excited to be posting here. I’m also excited to be doing a real menu plan this week! I feel like I haven’t been able to do that in a few weeks. We still have lots of fresh produce and so I look forward to using it. Here is our plan for this week (we’ll see what order happens!):
1. Spicy Southwest Fish, Rice, Sauteed Veggies
2. Quebecois Chicken, Pasta, Steamed Broccoli/Asparagus
6. Quinoa Salad (instead of couscous), Veggies on the side
Also this week I’ll be featuring a family that took on a new healthy eating challenge! I’ll be talking about how we started this challenge, and you’ll get to see exactly what they ate all week! Stay tuned!
