I’ve been helping my dad clean out their storage rooms (it’s a crazy work in progress…), and in the process I’ve found some super fun stuff from when I was a kid!  I’ve also found some incriminating evidence from my brother’s childhood too, which has been pretty priceless… Anyway, I’m always telling Peter how I was a Brownie as a kid (not the food…the kids group…) and how I had soooo many badges.  Well, now there’s proof:

It doesn’t stop there, friends.  That sash has even MORE badges on the other side!  Yup, I was pretty pro-star…

I was also a Guide, but I only did that for a year so I slacked a little on the badge front:

We also discovered so many fun old pictures of my grandparents and parents which were so great to look through.  Check out my Nanny & Grandpa back in the day:

Even more amazingly we have baby pictures from them as well!  My Grandpa was born in 1922 (I think) and my Nanny was born in 1924.  The clarity of these photos amazes me!
