Lions & Tigers & Bears…
We ventured out to the Toronto Zoo with a fun group of people yesterday! We were with Peter’s dad, sister, brother-in-law and kiddos, and our friend Elaina and her kiddos! It was tons of fun. Instead of lugging around our camera, I grabbed our iPod and took some pictures here and there.

I live near a petting zoo :S Not quite the same :) But I do love to bring the kids there to pet the baby goats…they are super cute! I also love seeing the beautiful peacocks.
I’ve been to bigger zoos as well, including African Lion Safari and loved how close we got to the baboons, giraffes, lions, etc. Also, loved Bush Gardens. It seems I love zoos since I’ve been to so many different ones.
African Lion Safari is neat! Except during mating season…

Love the new look of your blog, great work Peter! We do live near an awesome little petting zoo, but they don’t have my all time favorite animal–giraffes!
