A Day in Baltimore
I have to admit: I don’t think the city of Baltimore has ever crossed my mind before in any real and genuine way. I subconsciously knew it was there, but I never really thought about going to it, or what it was like, etc.
Then, all of a sudden, on our family trip to Pennsylvania, I find out we’re spending a day in Baltimore, Maryland in the midst of it all and I was excited to check out this vastly unknown city! As it turns out, Baltimore is kind of a cool little spot – one I’d like to check out further some day!
Most of our day was actually spent in the Baltimore National Aquarium. It’s pretty fantastic! There are 4 levels just teeming with fish and other aquatic wildlife. We really enjoyed it. There are tons of amazing fish in there, but with the dim lighting we didn’t get that many great shots. So these will have to do:
These are my absolute favourite pictures of the jellyfish though (all courtesy of my husband!):
We also saw a dolphin demonstration which was fun:
After our time at the Aquarium we wandered for a bit in the harbour of the Chesapeake Bay. There was a storm brewing in the not-so-far-distance, so we only wandered for a bit, but it was quite pretty!
And we even managed to get one full family shot courtesy of a friendly security guy on a segway!
Have you ever been to Baltimore?

Neat photos! Looks like lots of fun! :)
Absolutely!
